Impulse Will Not Start

Hi There -

After registering my copy of Sins, logging in, downloading my copy of Impulse, installing Impulse, I cannot get Impulse to start. It just makes an "error sound" like when trying to execute a bad file or something. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Impulse and get same result.

My System: HP Pavillion Laptop, 2Gb RAM, 160 Gb HD - Running XP-SP3 (just updated). I just downloaded and installed the MS Framework for 1.0 and 2.0 .NET -

download mirosoft 2.0 framwork then it will work
