Entrenchment Question on Starbases

Like everyone, I'm looking forward to Entrenchment, just 1 question (I have several but this is the key one)  As Star bases are quite difficult to build, so I would imagine you would only have 3-4 per person in a game, can they be moved from planet to planet?

The way it's been described is you build a semi-fragile "ship" that you move into position and it deploys into a starbase (at least for the TEC). But once it's deployed, you can't pack it up and move the starbase :P

that we hard to move a starbase...

i assume you could scuttle it should you know longer require it in that position?

Fire all the weapons on one side of the base simultaneously, opposite the direction of the planet you would like the base to move to.  Wait five years.  Upon reaching the intended destination, fire all the weapons on the other side of the base simultaneously.
