You need to either convert files from binary into text or simpler..just download forge tools v1.11 and use the reference data which is in text file (thus openable by wordpad, word...etc)!
And thats all...as simple as that!

It shortens the load time if they're in binary, by a pretty decent amount. Compression ftw.
But still if youve got a good pc (looks at his quad-core elite!) you'll have no major difference
