im new to the game and it doesnt help that i dont know much about computers..
i download it extracted it where u say to
then into the game go to mods turn it on and nothing happens.. can someone help us out..

Are you using a mod that makes an obvious change early in the game? If not, you might have to play a while before you see a difference.
