 i download it extracted it where u say to

 then into the game go to mods turn it on and nothing happens.. can someone help us out..

Frist Do you have 1.11??

Second, open up the SOGE folder you will find two files in it one Is a read me. The other is a folder Cut that one and put it in to your mod folder and it will work just fine.
