Tri-Pirate 1.1 mod

During 1.05, I created my Tri-Pirate mod.

Few remember it becouse at the time, most people had the 1.1 beta, and could not play it.

 

 

However, now that 1.1 has come out, I have converted the mod to work in 1.1, and I am now working to improve the mod. By the time i am done, It will not only include a full, working, pirate civilization, but also a new music mod, and Gurkov's sound mod. (Thus the name, Tri-Pirate mod)

When I am done, I will realease a stand alone version of this mod, and it will be added to 7-sins (If DanMan likes it). Becouse it is his modders that are helping me wiht the new textures and such.

 

My pirate civilization is based off the pirates in sins. And, in accordence with real pirates, they do not reaserch, gather reasources, or colonize!! The only way to get reasources is to kill enemy ships!!

 

I will have a working beta here very soon. (but it will be very rough).

I made the ability a while ago. It is called Plunder, and it is on one frigate, one capitol ship, and two structures.

I belive I posted a synapsis of it in the post you made asking about how to do it. In short, it has five diffent buffs!

 

Okay, few teaser details.

Their is a gigantic capitol ship called the Juggernaut.

SInce the pirates don't colonize (for the most part) thier is one capitol ship whos sole purpose is to build defenses. It even has a mine layer ablity for its final ability. (very basic sort of mine)

 

The Pirates aren't very good at any one thing (acuttly, currnetly they are overpowered), but in the right hands they can pwn at anything. Including culture.

 

They have minimal amount of reaserch, (I'll let you wonder how this will work!!), but this means that thier are NO armor, weapon, ability upgrades of any sort.

 

I explain more later.

I have just a few more buildings to prefect and I'll release the first beta. Which has very few of my final meshes (not even made yet) and will not include the music, or sound mods.
