Where is the downloaded patch file (1.12)

Hi all,

first of all, thanks to the developers for this great game, definitely one of the best strategy games in years!

Now the actual question, I have just downloaded the update from 1.05 to 1.12 via Impulse, where is the update file now? I usually make backups of all big game updates so that I don't have to download them over and over again.

It nowere impulse automaticaly updates the game, so your already patched to 1.12.

I think what he meant was where are the patch files stored after patching, so he can make a backup of them

Impulse automatically replaces the old files, there aren't any multiple copies (they are already in their proper place in the games files).  If you want a backup just archive sins, it will backup the current version.
