Tags Icons Removal?

Hi can anyone help me? Is there a way to get rid of the icons or tags above all your crafts etc? They are so annoying I dont need big colored icons above all my ships I have eyes and I can see them with those. I do not mean simply switch them in the UI from Icons to Tags above the craft I mean to remove them completely. Can this be done in the game itself or is there a mod that can be downloaded?

I know this is probably a stupid question but any help would really be appreciated!

to of the screen(on the left side) there is a botton called cinimatic view or something like that, that will do it

There's also a setting in the Interface options (I think that's where it is) to display mesh ownership icons. I always play with them off too, when you have big fleets all you see is a cloud of empire icons
