hmm, afaik static auras don't but abillity auras are another matter

the advent gurdian shield aura does stack wheresas the antorak's distort gravity does not

in the end you'll have to test it out yourself

is a static aura that im geussing does stack as long as the abillity was chosen at intervals that does not collide( as long as it *pulses* at diff times

Well, according to the trigger buff file:

onReapplyDuplicateType "KeepOldBuff"

FighterBlink is the only odd aura ability, but it does seem like only the first application of the aura is applied, so 2 carriers wouldn't overlap chances to trigger. But even if they do, this would be the only aura ability that does this.

I thought this wasn't possible except with the stacking bug in 1.1/1.11...

some things are supposed to stack, they did not. when they fixed it yes some extras got it aswell, but afaik, the gurdians are supposed to stack or there would be no reason to ever have more than 1-2. *forcing a use of that little fleet supply would be utter idiocy imo.

If you only need 2 of a shiptype to make it obsolete it needs to change

anyway, as i understand it, it is supposed to stack with diminishing returns  33%-> then 33% of the remainder -> hten 33% of the....  having 1 = 33% - 2 =55% 3= 71% and so on

2x mother ships with lvl3 shield restore 2x guardians no need for more, you wont deplete the shields EVER it needs to stack or it needs to get a complete overhaul.

and no it does not happen very fast, atleast not multiplaying focus fire and *only* 33% + a mothership

it makes it a no choices have to be made, if it staks with diminishing you have to choose to use your fleet supply to dps or for survivabillity

the entire point of it is to make focus fire less viable, unstacking you just focus down the guardians and take it from there

stacking you would be better off having your ship take on their types counters to get the shield's down as fast as possible

making the entire fleet loose it's shield at aboutthe same time

If focus fire is bad, then stacking is a must

If focus fire is good, then stacking is bad

IMO focus fire is BAD, but that ofc is just opinion

dang just updated to 1.12 i geuss that means vasari/tec from now on then if it no longer stacks

QQ and here i thought they where taking it the *right* way and moving away from focus(if focus fire will kill anything in 5sec then the strongest econ wins, /wave at TEC)

but horris are way better than dominas (3sec cd heal vs 20src channeled)
