Stardock will be closed for Easter weekend starting on Friday, April 3rd and we will be returning on Tuesday, April 7th. We will be monitoring support tickets and forums during this time, but expect delays in responses during this time.
I am trying to download the 1.1 update, and the download is stuck on "preparing download"! Is there any way to fix this!?!?!

hmm wierd bug, try restarting your system?
First thing to try is to grab the latest full build of Impulse and let it update.
- Impulse Client - Full
Second is to run Impulse in admin mode and disable firewall/AV while it's trying to update - a few are known to interfere with the download/verification.
