How to preorder Entrenchment?

The store only lets me pay via a credit card - and as most of the European guys I don't own any credit card, so is there another way to pre-order?

Well, they did say Paypal would be working, maybe that will happen later?

No, it says PayPal isn't working with preorders... grrr!
