Vasari SB bug & balance

Ok:

1. I am not able to upgrade the Vasari starbase. It just doesn't work. The upgrade gets added to the build queue, that's it. Dunno what I'm doing wrong. I played with another guy in the multiplayer lobby, he played TEC and had no problems with upgrading his starbase.

2. Some of the upgrades are FAR to expansive. Paying almost 2000 credits + metal & crystals to be able too keep 2 fighter/bomber squadrons? Sounds like a bad joke to me.

If you still have the recorded game, uploading it might help.

The squadron upgrade is expensive, but fighters are expensive in the first place.  A 2-squadron hangar defense costs about 45% as much as the starbase upgrade. Plus they are capital ship fighters, they don't require antimatter to construct.

can be useful for an 'attack base'.

Do you have this upgrade problem in Multiplayer or in Singleplayer Games?

I cannot upgrada a Starbase in Multiplayer but can in Singleplayer. Betaproblems, I think.
