Good bye Exiles Wrath, hello Fires of War

I've decided to cancel Exiles wrath, simply do to lack of interest on my part (lost inspiration).

Its going to become the mod Fires of War, which takes place 3000 Years after the Vasari-TEC-Advent War

the CRF and exiled will be two out of four races.

the other two will be the Prometh, a race genetically similar to the Vasari, and the Scourge, a race of insect-like aliens that live in the vaccuum of space (based off of the locust and chimera and the borg slightly from Gears of War and the Resistance Series and startrek)

BTW I understand what you mean about loss of inspiration, one day you wake up wondering what its all about and what youre trying to accomplish! When it happens, set it on the shelf for a week and youll see thatll youll be back at it in no time with a renewed inspirational surge!

Locust/Borg/Chimera aliens?  Even more Vasari?  Kickass Nexus models?  WIN!

 

I am so going to enjoy blowing up the Scourge.  For Sera!

umm probably from starcraft (suicide aliens FTW) and because i needed a vicious sounding name

 

@sparda, i have no idea what the scourge ships will look like, but their personality and civilization structure will be based off of all three races (chimera, borg, and locust)

Yeah, I guessed that.  However it is going to be hard to design ships that are Borg, Chimera, and Locust all at the same time, especially as the Locust use living creatures as vehicles (Brumaks, Hydras, Reavers), the Chimera use stuff similar to the Hierarchy from Universe at War, and the Borg are the Borg.
