Entrenchment Mines construction audio

Hi there,

it is really annoying to always here a "Structure complete" - voicemessage for every single mine completed. I mean, look at all these screenies with hundreds of mines and take a moment to think how often a "structure" was "complete" - see?

Would be nice if there was just a single message for every, say, 7 mines or so. That way the really important messages do not go unnoticed.
