[Fixed] Randomly get negative money/ressource stockpile

Hi.

 

I had at least two multiplayer entrenchement beta games I and other players (allies and foes) got a random "loss" of money/resources. It seems that a short while after you get a bunch of resources back. Its pretty weird, and induces another bug: you can build structures/ship, launch research while being in such negative stockpile.

 

Someone also said he could give money he didnt have to his mate. Haven't tried it myself yet to check it out.

I encounterd this to, i could research, build structures, and buy starbase upgrades into the negatives as much as i wanted, and i could do planet upgrades as long as crystal wasnt the limiting factor, but i couldnt build any ships to get my money into the negatives. Also, i could infinitly buy and sell to the black market into the negatives of all 3 resources.
