[Bug] Vasari SB Research and Upgrades

Search hasn't pulled up any results for this, if it's been reported then my apologies

The Vasari SB's can get the Colony Pod upgrade without the research being done. Screenshots follow. I haven't had any other errors in single player, and I haven't gone online yet with the expansion. I'll look into the other upgrades to be sure they're working properly.

Good times. I'll keep reporting as I find them, (if they haven't been reported..or I'll make posts in other people's threads) but I really only play Vasari..so it might be limited.
