Won't intall, Just bought retail

I try to install the game and gets to the screen where it asks me to select easy install or custom install.  I have selected both options and then it gives me the except screen I accept the license agreement, then it looks like it is going to install and it just quickly goes through the bar and says it has an error.  That's all the information it gives me.  Then gives me the screen that says there was an error during installation.

I had the same problem because I already downloaded the demo. Uninstall the demo and then it might work.

I ended up entering my serial number in Impolse and downloaded the game that way.

fFirst of all you don't select both options, you should only select easy install
