No More Production?

Somehow I managed to get Mother Earth to 42, production is fast and I get things done. However I can't build anymore military projects. I try and it doesn't allow me. Is there anything I can do?

Perhaps you have maximum allowed number of ships in orbit. So just launch some of them.
