[Bug] - Unable to change resolution

I plugged in a different monitor today and fired up Sins Entrenchment beta (w/hotfix) and went to change my resolution from 1900x1200 to 1280x1024. It automatically set it to 1024x768 but all the other options for resolution don't work. The apply changes button is greyed out.

Opps, so the resolution is correct (based on my monitor display information) but I still can't change to any other resolution.
