Entrenchement Questions

Why was the order of buttons for frigates, cruisers and capships changed? this is seems illogical. The old one made more sense as it was in order of power.

Under research, why is there now a defensive category seperate to military and civic?

In vanilla, the research tabs had 1 for military and 1 for civic each with 3 sub-categories. adding another military tab is inconsistant. It reminds me of a mod.

I hate to nitpick, but the interface should be worked on.

How do the Advent lay mines?

Are the new cruisers any good? (they look very cool)

How long does the Kostura phase nod last? (I love this change!)

Does the Kostura phase node work between planets is different systems or only within the same star system?

Entrenchement is awesome! :)

because now we have starbases able to produce units and they can attack. the attack button was on the same place as the frigate production would have been, so it was switched around, bc starbases cannot produce capships anyway. not an elegant solution, but I understand and if it stays like that I can live with it.

because otherwise the research screen would probably get too clumped and overloaden. again, not exactly a most elegant solution, but I can live with it. it will be interesting how they do it once the other mini expansions come out, bc they will have a few techs too I figure and I doubt they will be defensive. or even necessarily military.

advent lay mines via squadrons that can be built from hangards or carrier cruisers. basically, the hosts create a squads, then you can move them where you want the mines to go, hit deploy and all individual fighters of that squad turns into mines. then the host starts producing a new squad as if the old were destroyed.
