[Small Bug] Starbase Upgrade Tooltip display

Before you've upgraded your starbase, when you hover over an upgrade icon to see what it does, it gives you the stats for the lvl 2 upgrade and not the lvl 1 upgrade.

Faction?  Upgrade?

I don't recall seeing this with any faction or any upgrade, actually.  (Doesn't mean it's not there-I could have missed it.)

He's talking about when you hover over the Capital Ship ability upgrades type icons on a star base.  With Capital Ships, if my memory serves correctly, when you hover over the upgrade it gives you what you get now (Duration, Cooldown etc) and little arrows to the right to what it would upgrade to if you purchased the next level.  I believe this is the same with Planet upgrades.

The wierdness I saw when I was upgrading my Vasari Star Base was that on clicking to upgrade to the first level of an upgrade the tooltip would then describe the upgrade as from going from level 0 to level 2 with the next purchase as I was still building the first upgrade.  So it was near impossible for me to figure out what I was actually getting from my 2nd upgrade until the first upgrade was complete.

Okay-that I've seen.  Incidentally I've also seen it on planets, when I start building multiple upgrades of the same type.  It'll still show, say, 5 tactical slots, even though I've queued the upgrades to 25, and I can't "see" that I'm going from 25 to 35 (shows 5 to 35 if memory serves) but I know it.

I was under the impression the issue was that when an ability had not yet been purchased/queued he was only seeing the second level of the ability's description, which would be very strange indeed.

This would seem to be an issue moreso with things being in the progress of upgrading than a description problem.  The reason why we wouldn't see it with capital ships is because their ability "upgrades" are instantaneous-all they need to do is level up.

The issue I described of going from 0 to level 2 was my issue, the issue Lore Weaver is describing seems to be a different kind of issue I haven't seen.

I'm seeing a 0->2 issue as well.
