Well, I've recently bought Sins of a Solar Empire and its expansion
Entrenchment.

Now, my problem is that I've downloaded both games using the "Download
and archive" function, so to keep a backup of my games and when I try
to restore the backup of the base game it show me this error:

"The archive could not be restored"

But when I try to do that with the expansion file it works.

So now WHAT CAN I DO!?!?!? I bought this games as my gift for my
birthday, and now none of them works!!!!?

Could the technical team support me please!?
