Hey guys!

 

I bought this game a few weeks ago, and after playing some singleplayer madness. I thought it would be nice to play a game online with one of my friends(who also owns this game).

In the multiplayer screen, I clickes "create account" as I dont have one. But than every time I tried the game returned an error saying that the game couldnt establish an connection with the internet. Which is strange as my internet works perfect.

 

Do you guys know why this game isnt seeing the internet connection? I checked if it is in the firewall exception list( and it is).... I really hope you can help, as the multiplayer part is most of the time the better part ;)

Windows Vista (x32)

ati Hd3870

500gb Hd; 30gb raptor HD

4gb DDR2 memory

intel 2.8ghz quadcore

The Stardock root database server had a hardware crash on Christmas eve. The DB admins are working on restoring it but some services will be affected including customer database updating, software updating and downloading and other services.  We do not currently have an ETA to solve due to limited personnel being available on Christmas eve / Christmas day but it should be rectified within the next 48 hours.
