Sins of a Solar Empire Entrenchment and Impulse

I payed for and downloaded Sins of a Solar EMpire Entrenchment and the game is working wonderfully and fine. However, when I go on a different computer impulse is saying that I do not in fact own Sins of a Solar Empire Entrenchment. I am aware that it is in the beta but upon final release will the status be changed for impulse? I only ask because this may become problematic for installing/reinstalling on computers to fix problems.

If you're logged in with the same account on the other PC, I don't see why it wouldn't show that you have it. It's supposed to, anyway. But some of SD's Impulse-related infrastructure died rather spectacularly on Wednesday and they're still fixing it, so what you're experiencing might be related to it.
