I get an error message when i try to log on or create my account for ironclad online. i just purchased the game a couple of hours ago and am unable to log on. Is there something special i must do to be able to play online?
The Same thing has happened to me. I have tried to create an account after owning the game for a while now and it says I am disconnected from ironclad online.
Does anyone know anything about this? I really would like to play online . . .

For multiplayer online, you need to download and install IMPULSE, and download the SINS update from there.
I had the same problem....thought I installed the update, but apparently it didn't take or something. I'm good now.
