Tec Reapir platform loses ability to heal after all mil labs are destroyed

As the title states.  I thought abilities like RA, super weapons and etc are able to function even though you dont have the labs to make new ones.

also skirms interference doesnt work if you dont have enough wepaons labs.  Is this normal or a bug for 1.12?

That is by design, you aren't able to use those techs without labs, you also shouldn't be able to build ships or structures that require research either.

To use those techs, you must have as many labs as the research requires.

In your logic,  upgrades shouldnt work either because you lack the labs.  This would include, armor, weapons, mineral extraction, trade routes....etc.  Get my point
