This might have been posted once before, my memory is a little fuzzy. Achievements don't register at all in Entrenchment.

All I've been playing is Entrenchment and I've managed to get like 30 of them with no problems, that I didn't get around to getting in vanilla Sins.
Well, I just finished a game as Vasari (since you bugged :P) without the "win a game as Vasari" achievement completed (1.1 beta bug that wiped achievements :P) and it didn't complete it.
No idea.
Are you running on a fresh install?

For what it's worth:
The only achievement I think I had the time to get in vanilla Sins was win as TEC. All the rest I've done in Entrenchment.
Obviously I'm not done yet, but they do work just fine for me.
I've too got tons of achievements with the beta, are you sure you should have gotten some?
BTW I wonder if, achievements could be made useful somehow like in Mass Effect, instead of just bragging rights? I guess that goes for modders, though. And i guess it could screw up multiplayer.
Well I definitely won a game with Vasari, and I most definitely didn't get the achievement for winning a game as Vasari. That's pretty strange.
Bah. For whatever reason my achievements file was set to read-only. Turned it off, reloaded autosave shortly before win and it works fine.
