Impulse reaches 100% of the patch 1.12 download and then does nothing

At one point earlier today it had started to say "verifying download" but it also did nothing in that stage. I have already created an exception in my firewall for Impulse, and I am using Vista if that helps troubleshoot at all.

Any possible solutions would be greatly appreciated.
