I can't logo in, need help plaz

I have had this game for about 6 weeks now and have been playing it on my desk top pc online, but now i have unistalled it on my pc and put it on my laptop and i cant logo in, i have update the game and the internet is very good on my laptop so what is worng? (also when i put it back on my desk top pc i can get on online and now i can only play singel player.)

do you mean you can'T play multi on your desktop?

the account you use for online play is not the same as your impulse account-- are you sure you are using the right acc/pw?
