I think only attack ranges - in the ship or fleet controls.

related question: is there an easy way to keep a group of hoshikos near a group of LRMs (instead of rushing into attack range of enemies whenever their abilities are on cooldown)

yes, Fleet group them and set engagment range to "hold position" or "local area"
