hell, I've never been able to connect to ICO. It always gives me the disconnected message that everyone is ranting about.

Verizon DSL does that to me as well.  I have heard good things about FIOS.  I will probably upgrade when it gets in my area.

It seems like it goes down once every two or three days.  This is an eyesore and it's damaging the health of the online multiplayer aspect of the game.  All of the free GOTY publicity is generating new interest in the game and new sales, so now is the time Sins to really shine and not for ICO to go down.

I never seem to be on when this happens luckly and If they could fix this then MP will be great and grow seeing as all the games i have played have not had any problems internet connection wise at all.

It's down right now 0945 EST, 12/30/2008.  This is truly amazing.  It seemed like the problem was fixed for awhile, but it is rearing its ugly head with a vengence.

Is ICO still down or what? I think I managed to get all the needed patches and am able to create a ICO account but when I log in the player list is empty.. If there is an offical server satus thread it would be nice if someone pointed me to that.

It's up.  Once logged in, you need to create a screen name.

When ICO ask me to create an accoun and chosse a password -- is that the same login and password to access this forum?

 

Does it matter if the CD key is all caps or not??

 

Major trouble loging in to ICO... :\

No, ICO accounts are separate. I don't believe case matters in the cd-key, but enter it exactly as-is just to be safe.
