i have done the reaserch , but where do i find it , to build ??
TEC and Advent unlock cruisers that you build, move to a spot, and deploy them into Starbases. The Vasari unlock the starbase deployment ability for their colony frigates.
starbases are build from ships that are consumed in the process. a bit like the zerg build structures in sc. tec and advent have dedicated starbase constructor ships, vasari use their coloniser frigate, which gains starbases as an extra ability.
