How many days does it take to get a new password?

Hey gang, I just recently recieved this game as a gift from a friend for Christmas, and we still have yet to be able to play online together. I guess I must have drank too much egg-nog, because apparently I put in some password that I couldn't remember for my ICO.

Enter day 3 of password recovery - something that should take at most 5 minutes to remedy - and still no response from Ironclad's support email. I understand that the servers have been having trouble and that takes priority, but what gives? How many days should I wait to get my ICO account reset before I should start getting a little peeved?
