Purchased at store...

I am sick of waiting for a response from stardock

I bought Sins at a Wal-Mart, And when i tried to activate so i could update and play online, impulse continuously says "The serial number you entered is not recognized" BLAH BLAH BLAH!!! I sent in a request, it told me to allow 2 days, its been out for 2 WEEKS!!! I would really love to play with my friends, please help!

Sorry, the office has been closed since the weekend before Christmas due to the holidays. Support was in this Monday and that before to try and pare the queue down, but they may not have gotten all the way through it. Normal hours will resume this coming Monday.

It seems alot of people have this problem, Shouldn't this be in your known problems and have a trouble shooting section for this problem?

I did! but other people are having this problem... I tried replacing 0's with O's, 1's with I's like it said in trouble shooting, nothing worked...
