2 Bugs: Starbase Upgrade Bug, Negative Economy Bug

Hey this is my first bug post, so let me know what you need. I have multiple save game files if you need them, I can also make screenshots too.

I was playing a multiplayer game with my brother. We'd noticed a little lag in a game previous in which we dropped each other so we started a new game. This second game proceeded fine until I built my first star-base. With enough money for about 3 upgrades to it, I clicked multiple upgrades, none of which showed any progress. I could select the upgrade options but a progress bar never showed up I figured it might have been a graphical glitch, so I waited the allotted build time to see if the upgrades took effect, which didn't. I was able to de-select the upgrade at any point later in the game.

After upgrading and downgrading my star base multiple times, I noticed my economy went all crazy. I was getting negative numbers. I could build things with negative income some times, but not others. The same applied to research and capital ship upgrades. At one point I had a negative income of about -40000 with -7000 metal and -5000 crystal. I was periodically able to research upgrades with these negative numbers, but I could never build ships or structures with it.

Also, at times when I was finally back at a positive income, I would build a ship or structure and it would cost twice the amount posted. This put me back into the negative, when it should have only brought me closer to zero, not below it.

I have been playing Entrenchment alot offline and haven't run into this bug at all. Is it possible it's lag related?

I know our American economy is bad, but there's gotta be a better way to critique it other than this crazy deficit bug...
