File Update fron impulse

hi all

This is a simple question  :))

I have upgraded my SOASE to 1.12 version from Impulse but the file downloaded where are stored on my computer ?

I have also bought beta Entrachment .....................

I would like to save file downloaded  from impulse for next installation but don't  find it on my PC

Right click on Sins within Impulse and choose the archive option.  After it has finished, to easily find the directory where archives are stored (which differs somewhat between XP and Vista, but is under Impulse's folder in Application Data in All Users), go to the blue orb in the upper left hand corner, click restore archive, and Explore the folder that it lands you in (you'll probably need to go up one level to do this).

As a note, if you want to run 1.12 alongside Entrenchment, for the duration of the beta, you'll need to copy the Sins program directory to a different location before installing Entrenchment.  This should be addressed by launch.

I didn't understand that update file was in impulse format after "restore" command .....

I thought to get "exe" file after Restore 8C

Now i have all file 

Thanks also for information on different location for "beta entrenchment" and 1.12 version  , i try it ......

Yeah, as Impulse simply downloads the individual files that you need to bring your copy up to date, there is no stand-alone installer exe for the patch. Archives are the way to go.
