In your user.setting file in the user/mod path you can actually set the limit on the number of times pause is allowed in an MP game. Last I knew, if the host sets it it propagates to the other players so you can set the number to something lower than 10 just in case.

I may be wrong but if someone quit or surrenders, they are generally out of the game and back in the lobby and unable to pause the game they already left.  Also, anyone can unpause a game.  If it was paused, why didn't you just unpause it?  I would think this is a non-problem that you just want to gripe about.

As to someone unplugging their cable, I would imagine it doesn't matter what way you quit if you were winning already.  There is no sense in unplugging a cable or turning power off to leave a game.  There is nothing lost by losing in this game.  There are no rankings or ratings as of yet.  One could just as easily just quit and not even register the loss on their stats.  It is only when one surrenders that they even get a loss.  I can't speak for what anyone else may have said after a heated moment because of a loss or whatever but the things you all say were done don't seem to make much sense to me.  Ohhhh well though.  You feel about [_] how you like.  It won't really change my opinion or anything that I do.

surrendur: they lose control of their forces, but remain viewing the game.  they can then see all the map, if they so choose.

quit: they are immediately kicked to lobby

I wasn't there so I can't really confirm anything. But as far as I know you are kicked from the game when you surrender orodum. And also I haven't tested it yet but if you pause an online game it always says something like 8 pauses remaining. Doesn't this mean there are only limited pauzes possible wich would make the thing Snoopdaggo discribes impossible?

And also I'm quite sure no one of my clan would do something like that.

I really do not want to figure out who's fault, but I just hope Ironclad get rid of this annoying and abusive pause button in multiplayer.

As far as I remember all players have the ability to unpause the game, no matter who paused it in the first place. As (if) this is the case there is not really a need for a patch. As for removal of the feature, I don't think we should allow the alleged actions of the few to result in the removal of this handy feature.

This is a retarded post.  Anyone can UNPAUSE the game.  And your settings should be have limited it to 10 pauses anyway.  Moral of the story, you're spreading rumors about players that probably aren't true.
