[bug] Unable to upgrade starbases

Just got back into sins, first game out with my friend for a nice little 2v2 compstomp, I'm messing around with the starbases, when i notice, nothing is happening... they dont upgrade.

I was actually able to right click and get the money back from supposidly completed upgrades!

included pretty much everything i though was important in that file

we noticed it around maybe autosave 5ish?

This is a known bug with Alloy. If you disable it, you'll be able to upgrade in MP. :)

Go into host test and turn it off

It's the new net code option added in 1.1, allows for hosting without needing to tweak any router settings.
