Problems with Account activation

didnt get activation E-Mail

I purchased Sins of a Solar Empire in a Shop installed it registered an account on here to download the updates, entered the serial number of the game and waited for the confirmation mail.

I registered that account on a web.de e-mail address (german e-mail provider) and i didnt get the confirmation mail.

So now i registered this account with a googlemail address, which obviously worked, but now i cant register my Game and download the updates for it.

I already wrote to the support a few days ago, but didnt get an answer.

It would be great if someone here could help me with this problem.

SD support was on vacation for the holidays and just returned this week (on the 5th), so it's likely that they have a bit of a queue backlog for support tickets and simply did not get to yours yet.

You can try sending a forum PM to Seabass or highlander and see if they have time to take a look at it quickly. Chances are they'll just need to merge your accounts.
