I want to change some of the things in v1.00 but don't want to upgrade to 1.05+ because of how ship jump in the updates.
is there a way to change things in v1.00 without having to install the updates?

ya, i have done that but it still doesn't work, how do i convert the files so I can edit them?

ok i already have the convertdata.exe, how do i use it, i am kinda noob
Also when I drag and drop the file onto convertdata.exe nothing happens
ok i have figured out how to use cmd on convetdata, but it only will convet from txt to bin? and then it crashes when I try the other way around
you can install the tools?
all I see is just excuteable programs, nothing that require installing
