To my knowledge no one has thought this up so here's my two cents.. Since scout ships have the ability to see mines, the Cielo Command ship could augment the scouts abilty to see more of the mines over an larger area and to pinpoint them to destroy. Also, factor in the Akkan's abilty to Target uplink, can send information to other ships to take out the mines and finally, the Marza could use it's siege guns to destroy large paths in minefields. This combonation of ships could clean minefields quite handily, or get a minesweeper...If they add one in the final release.....Bison..
