What exactly is going on?

Mods made for 1.05 won't work for 1.1+.

The load mod on startup feature should be working as far as I know.

Ah. From the mods menu, hit Show Mod Path.

The folder with the name of the mod should be placed there. In that folder should be the GameInfo, etc. folders.

There's probably to many folder levels right now, which is causing Sins not to find any changed info.

So... did you edit the binary files or what? 'Cause that won't work. The game will work just fine with the files in text format.

folder levels its name of mod folder

i just moved it out of the above folder ^^^

win unzip puts stuff in an extra folder that might ahve been it

2nd folder with name of mod

inside that is the standard 6 folders

mesh/gameinfo (not typeing in the rest lol you know what they are)

My suggestion, download a version of the mod you modified, extract it from the zip or rar file it is in onto your desktop, rename it and copy into your mod folder.  If it runs then it we can know it is not a problem with the mod itself, and if it does not run then we can know it is eather a mod or file placement problem.

Uh... let me get back to you on that. Sometime in 2012, probably.
