I'm not allowed to play online?

For whatever reason, everytime that I go to register my game, it informs me that I've been disconnected from Ironclad online, which really is quite strange, because I can't GET ON IT.  I've checked to make sure that firewall isn't the problem, and it isn't. 

Another problem, someone on this site is using my email address [email removed by moderator] so I had to use another e-mail to register.  When I click "send me my password" to have the pass sent to the e-mail, nothing gets sent.  I'm the only one with access to that e-mail address, so I can't even begin to figure out what the problem is.

You'll have to contact [email protected] to get your e-mail stuff straightened out. However, for ICO, are you running v1.12? If you aren't, you will get the disconnected error.

Just to add : V1.12 can only be downloaded via impulse once you register your serial key

Are the emails going to your junk folder? You might think thats a stupid question, but a lot of people forget to look. Its very common.

I haven't tried getting online since I updated, so I'll check that out.

And yes, I have checked my junk folder.

As Annatar said, support should be able to sort this out for you. For the future though, please don't post emails publicly, especially when discussing account details.

There's nothing any of us can do :) Only support can figure out what's going on, and they prefer you don't post your email on the forums since it is a pretty important piece of your account :P
