I was trying to register my game s i could update it but it says the cd key i entered is invalid i tried multiple times and it still doesnt work! do the cd keys have o and 0s in them because when capitalized they look EXACTLY the same on the in the game
I'm fairly certain those are zeroes in the code, and make sure you put the dashes in.
ok thanks, i tried going to the ironclad online part of the game and entering my cd key and all it keeps telling me is disconnected from ironclad online is there something i have to do to get online?
Same problem I'm having. Won't let me even connect, let alone have the time to be disconnected.
Yeah i cant get it to accept my cd key too. i know i'm entering it right because the message is different if its wrong. i sent them a message but so far nothing. Anyone know whats going on with this?
ok heres what you do. start the game from the hard drive, not from the disk. You have to be accessing it as administrator. the game gives you 4 options. choose update serial first. enter the serial in caps with dashes included. save the key then press the update game "button". enter the serial again. This time stardock will recognise the key.
I'm having the same problem - it's rather frustrating. I enter my key into Impulse and it says either my email or the key is invalid...
Toss an email to [email protected] about it.
