Sins won't install under Windows 7
Does anyone know how I can make Sins install in Windows 7?
I have tried all compatibility modes, but the Windows Installer keeps freezing.

Windows 7 is not officially supported yet since it is a beta, but if you contact [email protected] with as much detail as you can provide about the issue, they should be able to have someone look into it.
install impulse and install sins through that, I am currently under windows 7 and that is how i got Sins installed
Same here, intalled Sins with impulse...no problem on Windows 7.
I couldn't install impulse either, because it would also freeze when it began to use the Windows Installer.
It turns out that it's actually a bug with the Experience Improvement program.
Just for future reference, this is what you have to do:
1. Open a command prompt as administrator.
2. Paste the following in the prompt and hit enter: "reg delete HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\SQMClient\Windows\DisabledSessions /va /f"
3. Sins/Impulse will now install.
To be honest though, I only recommend doing this as a last resort, as this is modifying the registry as an administrator.
