1.13 update not available to me? [FIXED]

everytime i try and log in i get this message "old version detected make sure you have the latest update". now i was just playin sins like 2min before then it kicked me and now i cant relog on. i checked impulse and its not giving me an option to update and install the new version what do i do? i do have version 1.12 installed right now. any suggestions? oh and i dont play the expansion so this is for vanilla.

In Impulse, try hitting the blue Stardock icon, then clicking 'Check for updates...'
