I downloaded the beta 2 entrenchment and version 1.3 update or whatever it was called. Anyway, as soon as the game starts, an error report comes up and and sins crashes. I was just wondering if this is happening to anybody else. If it is, please coment
No, I don't. I think I'm going to have to take a look at my sins files
I had a similar issue, i removed all mods,custom maps and forge maps from both the app data galaxys and prog files galaxy, then it worked for me

This happend to me,
Go into impulse and in my games, click verify instalation for entrenchment, it should say update avalable, so click update and it will download a small update and then it should be good, otherwise try a reinstall if the other solutions don't work.

I have the exact same problem. I did like Psyco567 said and verify the installation. Impulse said entrenchment is not installed correctly and look for an update but there's no update button. I've also tried to uninstall entrenchment but it says "The is an error in XML document (28, 8)" and won't let me uninstall. I've tried to uninstall through the Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel but it wouldn't let me uninstall either.
Edit: Clicking some where else then select Entrenchment seem to refresh it and I get the update button now. In the game though, the icon for the mines, starbase and the newer ship seem to be missing so I don't know if it's ralated or not. Another thing is even though it's playable now, if I verify the install again, it keep saying that the installed incorrectly and promt me to download the same update over and over again. I still won't let me uninstall Entrenchment, to do a fresh install.
I'm having the exact same problem. I've gone from being able to play a game I enjoyed [sins] to not being able to play a game I was testing out [entrenchment]
Thanks for the advice, but I think I'm going to have to uninstall Sins. By the way, should I uninstall entrenchment or the regular sins
