As for my texturing, im going to make most of the moons. (Titania, Oberon, Mimas, Triton and more. I cant make mesh files so if you know how i can send you the textures when im done but you have to make the mesh files.
No problem. Except of Mimas most of the meshes you mentioned exists but have a default texture, and i have just to convert your jpgs back to dds and reference them in the meshfiles.
I dont think the stars are different sizes. but i like it that way because if they where to big it woult take even longer to travet through their grav. well.
I think it is very hard to see them, only the moons and the much langer gasgiants, are resized that much that you can "see" the difference. But if you look into the mesh files you will see the different coords, also in the entity files you see the different movement radius. But indeed the difference of the sizes are not realistic and not that much as Cybdevil did it. It tried to get a balance between realism and gameplay.
Also another idea. See if you can get the Solar Sins planets in there.
Nacey from the "distant stars" mod team is adding the features of this mod to "distant stars". But it will take a while.
