Beta 2 Slower than Beta 1?

Hey guys, has anyone else noticed that even with everything set to fast, beta 2 seems slower?

Most things seem the same to me. Starbases got slower in neutral territory, and much slower in hostile territory. Maybe that's what your noticing.

I actually think its too slow for the Vasari, since their anti structure ship is also their Starbase, and it takes an eternity to get one going now.
