Star Graphics Glitch in 1.13

Hi, I've noticed that the star activity slows down during a game and eventually stops - this happens quite quickly (around 20 mins).

To reproduce the bug - start a new single player game - play as normal, and check the star during the game. Its not a game breaker but I'd thought I'd mention it.

Windows Vista 32 bit

4 gig ram - nvidia geforce GTX260 (latest driver)
